As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If your order is in stock, and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@superiorgaragestorage.com.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Ground (small parcel delivery) - Free of charge in the 48 contiguous states.
• Free Curb-Side Freight Delivery* - Most items are eligible for free freight. Items too heavy to ship standard ground will be shipped by freight truck.  You will be contacted for scheduling of freight delivery, and this option will require someone to be home to receive shipment. It is very important that you provide a good contact number at checkout, because the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery once your order arrives at their facility. 

*Some items are not eligibe for free freight.  In these instances, a shipping rate is applied at checkout.

$200.00 Lift Gate Surcharge - May apply to some items, to residential deliveries that require a lift gate to lower item(s) off the shipping truck.  If you require lift gate service, please contact us at info@superiorgaragestorage, or 888-416-4902.

Freight shipments are curb-side delivery.  This means the delivery driver will unload the pallet(s) from the freight truck and leave the items curbside.  You will be required to bring the items into your home. 

For non-white glove deliveries, we recommend that you have someone with you to accept delivery, to help move the item(s) inside.

Since its inception in 1866, Winchester has been manufacturing quality firearms.  In 1991, Winchester expanded their product lines to include safes.  Winchester safes are constructed using state-of-the-art methods without sacrificing quality.  Winchester also uses recycled materials whenever possible.  Additionally, they use a VOC-free powder paint finish that does not emit chemicals into the environment.  

Winchester Safes come with a 45 minute fire rating for 2.5 hours, at up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit.  All Winchester safes are built with 12 gauge steel, and are rated UL RSC (Residential Security Container). 

Winchester also offers a limited lifetime warranty, and replacement guarantee should your safe be damaged in a fire or burglary attack.

Winchester safes are non-returnable/non-refundable unless the item has been damaged during shipping or there are manufacturer defects.  

DAMAGE CLAIMS

When freight carriers pick up safes from the manufacturer's warehouses, they are accepted by the freight company and signed for in new condition/no damage.  Occassionally, shipping damages can occur when the item is in the freight carrier’s possession.  When this happens, we will need to file a claim on your behalf with the freight company.  It is crucial that any damages be properly documented, otherwise, the freight company may deny the claim. 

If the customer accepts a damaged safe and does not make notes on the Bill-of-Lading/delivery receipt, then we have no recourse and cannot file a claim with the freight carrier.  Once the customer signs for the safe, they now have possession of it and own it.  At that point, we are not responsible for the damages.

To prevent your damage claim from being denied, it is very important to inspect your shipment, while the delivery driver is present, and follow the below steps:

1. DO NOT SIGN for the package until you have:

           A.  Verified you have received every piece noted on your packing slip

           B.  Made sure the safe has no exterior damage, opens properly, and the interior is intact

        2.  If any damage has been found, please make detailed notes on the delivery receipt, and take pictures.

        3.  You have the right to refuse the shipment if there is any freight damage. Please write REFUSED-DAMAGED SHIPMENT on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.

Then, please contact us right away so we can begin the claims process for you.
