It is very important important that you provide a good contact number at checkout, because the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery once your order arrives at their facility.

Returns made after 30 days will be accepted under the following conditions
Brand new items in box can be returned at no expense to the customer
Opened and used items can be returned, but the return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer

Can you deliver this item and also install it?
Hello and thank you for your question! This workbench comes with free curbside freight delivery. This means a freight carrier will deliver the item to your home and leave the pallet curbside. This free service does not include the delivery driver bringing the item up the driveway, or inside a building. This free service also does not include any assembly.
These workbenches can be assembled where the pallet is dropped off.
1. First, install the side handles.
2. Then, with the help of another person, carefully tip the workbench onto its side, to install the caster wheels.
3. Once the wheels are installed, the workbench can be rolled to where it needs to go.
4. The pegboard comes attached, and just needs to be flipped upright, and secured.

No other assembly required other than installing the handles and wheels. The pegboard comes attached to the unit. Just flip it up when you need to use it.

Are the wood surface tops in the top two drawers removable?
Yes, the wood surface tops in the top drawers are removable. Simply remove the drawers completely to unscrew the wood tops. Complete instructions are provided in the owner's manual.
